To ensure we are able to accommodate schedules we have an online auto booking option available. Any bookings placed on our autoscheduler DO NOT guarantee appointment availability. We do our best to accommodate schedules, yet will reach out via phone if rescheduling is needed.

We love friends and family, yet at the salon/spa we want the focus to be on you! We ask that additional guests not attend appointments. We LOVE children, yet we kindly ask you to leave them at home unless we are providing a service for them.

We understand there are emergencies or schedule changes, yet if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours of your appointment we do charge a 50% service fee.

We love all of our guests to attend appointments, yet to ensure our staff are paid for the time reserved we do charge a 100% appointment fee if a no show occurs.

At Belle Salon Studio, we prioritize your privacy and comfort. As part of our efforts to enhance our services and promote our salon, we may capture photographs and video recordings of our clients during their visits.

By receiving services at Belle Salon Studio, you grant us permission to photograph and video record you within our salon and spa premises. You authorize Belle Salon Studio, along with its assigns and transferees, to hold the rights to copyright, use, and publish these images and videos in both print and electronic formats.

These photographs and videos may be used with or without your name for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Illustration
• Advertising

• You affirm that the information provided in your consultation form is accurate and that you will keep your service provider informed of any changes to your medical or beauty history after the original consent form was signed.
• All services provided at Belle Salon Studio are not guaranteed without the use of professional products purchased directly from our salon.
• Any requests for adjustments to services must be made within 10 days of the original service date. After this period, additional charges may apply.
